Sean Kelley is a Senior Vice President and Principal with The Mannik & Smith Group, Inc.; a 360-person engineering and environmental sciences consulting firm with 15 offices in Michigan, Ohio, Alabama and West Virginia.  

Sean specializes in the development of test infrastructure for “smart mobility.”  This includes closed-system test facilities for connected & automated vehicles (CAV).  He was instrumental in the planning and implementation of three of the most significant CAV test facilities in the Midwest:

• The University of Michigan’s Mcity in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
• The American Center for Mobility (located 30 minutes west of Detroit).
• The Transportation Research Center’s SMARTCenter, located at Honda’s North American test center in Central Ohio.
